We are from families of small scale farmers. Uncles, grandparents and cousins worked - and continue to work to this day - the red clay of Oklahoma as cattle ranchers and farmers growing a variety of crops. They’ve been lucky enough to continue making a living as large scale commercial operations take over a large part of the market.
In our journey, we came to realize the importance of what our families had gotten from the land. Tired of mass grown food under less than ideal circumstances, we decided to create a sustainable ranching process that would make our ancestors proud. We deliver direct to the people who will eat our products, with no middle man, and give transparency in our whole process so you can have that same sense of certainty about what is on your plate.
